Gynecology Department

The Department of Gynecology provides a full range of gynecological services to its patients on an ambulatory and inpatient basis. The Ambulatory Care Services are devoted to addressing the needs and demands of its patients. The Department of Gynecology provides routine and preventative care services to its patients as well as a full range of gynecological surgical procedures for the proper management of its patients with benign gynecologic disorders.  Advanced care is offered in all gynecological subspecialties such as: Urogynecology, Colposcopy, Fetal Loss Clinic, and Post Menopausal Clinic. 

The Department utilizes traditional and well-established surgical techniques in the management of its patients.  Endoscopic gynecological surgery of the pelvis using laparoscopic methods, surgery of the uterine cavity using hysteroscopic route, including ablation of uterine endometrium, are routinely performed.

Gynecology Oncology Department

The Department of Gynecologic Oncology provides a complete range of diagnostic and therapeutic expertise for all aspects of cancers of the female reproductive system. The Gynecologic Oncology Department's modality of treatment and surgical procedures include Radical Surgery, Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapeutic treatment in conjunction with the Department of Radiation Oncology. The division also provides Therapeutic Treatment and Laser Therapy for management of pre-invasive cervical disease. Invasive procedures include amniocentesis and percutaneous umbilical cord sampling procedures.
