The clinic for swallowing disorders diagnoses and treats various conditions that cause this disorder.

Disorders like these can arise due to impaired pharynx and throat function. They can manifest in different neurological conditions, as well as after brain incidents and various muscle ailments.

These disorders may also stem from esophageal origin, abnormal esophageal function, gastroesophageal reflux disease, esophageal strictures, and esophageal obstructions.

Gastrointestinal reflux 

Achalasia

Irregular contractions of the esophagus

Gastroparesis

Swallowing disorders

Damage to the esophageal and upper digestive tract nerves for various reasons
