Hostage Survivors: Arbel Yehud, Ofer Calderon, and Yarden Bibas have arrived at the Sheba Rehabilitation Center
The three ex-hostages are staying in a designated facility at the children's hospital
Finally, some wonderful news: Hostage survivors Arbel Yehud, Ofer Kalderon, and Yarden Bibas have arrived at Sheba Medical Center to start their rehabilitation and begin rebuilding their lives after over 480 days in captivity.
Arbel Yehud was the first to be released on Thursday, January 30, 2025. Then, just last night, February 1, 2025, Ofer Kalderon and Yarden Bibas were freed and arrived one after the other.
The three are staying at a special facility at the Safra Children’s Hospital at Sheba, where dedicated teams are taking care of their every need, big and small, all while respecting their privacy. Over the coming days, they will undergo comprehensive medical check-ups to gain deeper insights into their overall health and well-being.
In the first phase of the current deal, Sheba welcomed back Romi Gonen, Doron Steinbrecher, and Emily Damari. They have since been released, with ongoing care and support from the medical staff.
