Sheba's Hematological Division is Israel's premier and largest institute in the field. Established by the late Prof. Bracha Ramot, a pioneer in hematology, and recipient of the Israel Prize, our division offers comprehensive expertise in hematology, bone marrow transplants, and cutting-edge immunotherapy treatments, including CAR-T cells.
The Hematological Division at Sheba Medical Center is widely recognized internationally and is an esteemed member of the European Hematology Association (EHA) and the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT).
Professor Arnon Nagler has headed the department for over 20 years. He is a member of the Scientific Program Committee of the European Hematology Association, and serves as Chairperson of the Acute Leukemia Working Party of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, and as a board member of the ALWP within the EBMT. His contributions have gained him global recognition and prestige.
