Patient Experience
At Sheba Medical Center, we believe quality care focuses on what our patients truly need. It goes beyond providing treatment that meets the highest professional medical standards. It’s also about treating you with respect and providing prompt responses, clear information, and conditions that make you feel comfortable.
Since 2019, our patients have been receiving a short survey via text message to measure their satisfaction with the care they experienced at Sheba - whether during an outpatient clinic visit or a stay in one of our inpatient departments.
Satisfaction surveys are sent to patients and caregivers across 57 departments and close to 120 clinics, as well as receiving approximately 40,000 questionnaire responses on an annual basis.
Your feedback plays a vital role in our continuous learning and improvement journey, benefiting everyone. In 2022 we recognized the need for a transformation within the hospital’s Internal Medicine departments. Embracing the challenge, our Patient Experience team implemented a service revolution within these departments. We have made real changes, resulting in a tangible increase in patient satisfaction!
Sheba is extremely proud of being the first hospital in Israel to share the results of our patients' satisfaction surveys.
