Sheba Care and Service Evaluation Metrics

The Sheba Medical Center is joining the world's leading medical centers, publishing its care quality metrics as part of its vision of transparency.

The report will be updated on a quarterly basis and will include all metrics that we consider most significant for the patients. Alongside our successes, we will also present areas in which we failed to achieve our goals and which we are working to improve.

Quality metrics are a series of metrics intended to introduce clinical study based standards of optimal care, augmented by service metrics intended to ensure an optimal care experience.

Thus far, the Ministry of Health reported part of the metrics retroactively, relating to the work year preceding the publication date. The metrics published by Sheba are updated for the publication year and they are continuously updated on a quarterly basis. Additional metrics will later be added to the list below.
