Captain Ziv Shilon Returns to Action

Captain Ziv Shilon, who was the most severely injured soldier of the IDF's recent campaign against the Hamas in Gaza, has completed his rehabilitation at Sheba and been reunited with his troops. Shilon lost his left hand and control over most functions of his right hand in a mine blast. Doctors at Sheba saved his life, outfitted him with a computerized prosthetic arm, and are working to restore motion as best possible to the fingers of his right arm.
