We are proud to present our new Newsletter to you. This novel platform is aimed at keeping you closely informed about what happens at Sheba at all times.

We regard you, dear friends of Sheba worldwide, as our true partners with whom we want to march forward in order to continue to lead our center of medical excellence and research in the strong belief that, together with you, we can have brake through achievements and bring the medicine of tomorrow to our patients of today.

Yoel Hareven, Sheba's new Director of Resources and Development, will head this effort. Yoel came to Sheba after serving for 28 years in the IDF's Medical Corps, amongst others also under Prof. Yitshak Kreiss, the director general of the Sheba Medical Center. Joining Sheba came natural to him, enabling him to continue serving the country and be part of the team leading Israel's Public Health System – also playing an important role in the international arena.

This Newsletter is the opening shot for joint activities and challenges we are facing. Together with you, Sheba's ambassadors worldwide, we will continue to place our medical center on the local and international front stage as center of excellence and innovation.
