A letter from the Chief of Staff

Dear friends,

Sheba medical delegations are spreading medical innovation and the best medical practices around the world. As a world-leader in medical research and the largest medical center in the Middle East, Sheba feels a responsibility to share the life-saving interventions developed here to the global community.

In this edition of our newsletter, we share with you some of the latest Sheba delegations to countries with under-developed medical systems. Our delegation was the first on the ground in the recent cholera outbreak in Zambia. Israel was one of the first countries to be contacted by Zambia to respond to the crisis.

Sheba is also sharing our medical expertise with developed countries. Collaboration between Sheba researchers and doctors with other leading experts is pushing forward the medical frontiers for the benefit of humanity.
