At Sheba, we are investing great resources to ensure convenient access to the buildings and outdoor areas for people with disabilities. The process has not yet been completed. Following are the accessibility arrangements at the medical center:
• There are several parking lots throughout the medical center. Each parking lot allocates spaces to cars bearing handicapped stickers. Visitors parking with a handicapped sticker are exempt from payment for parking.
• Continuous access from the parking lot, through the entrance, to the reception desks and service area.
• Accessible reception desks adapted for wheelchair access.
• Accessible handicapped restrooms throughout the campus (suitable signs and directions in place).
• Benches between and in the buildings for patients to rest.
