Dr. Amir Grinberg, Deputy director of clinical operations and Chief of Nursing

Dr. Amir Greenberg serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Medical Center and Director of the Nursing Division. In addition, he is responsible for the Medical Center’s Emergency Services, hospital licensing, and the accreditation process.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Greenberg focuses primarily on optimizing patient flow, monitoring inpatient productivity, and overseeing overall clinical performance across the Medical Center. He is responsible for the operational management of the Medical Center during both routine and emergency situations, ensuring a high level of organizational preparedness at all times.

Dr. Greenberg oversees and prepares the Medical Center for regulatory reviews and licensing processes, with particular emphasis on the accreditation survey conducted by the American Joint Commission International (JCI).

Dr. Greenberg is the director of the Nursing Division, responsible for a nursing workforce of approximately 3,000 staff members and leads, supervises, and evaluates nursing practice with a focus on quality of care, patient safety, patient experience, innovation, research, and other professional aspects of nursing.

Dr. Greenberg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration, and a PhD in Health Systems Management.
