Dr. Elian is a senior cardiologist in the Catheterization Unit of the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Center since 1991 and a cardiac consultant in Assuta Hospital. He has been actively involved in teaching nurses, Israeli and foreign medical students, and cardiology residents and has contributed to interventional cardiology fellowships in the USA and Europe as well as participated in many national and international conferences. Dr. Elian is involved in a range of procedures including coronary catheterization, percutaneous aortic valve replacement (TAVI), hemodynamic catheterization (right heart catheterization), and heart biopsies.
