Dysfunction of the adrenal gland, for example: Non-Classical Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia
Heavy menstrual bleeding or intermenstrual bleeding
Severe menstrual cramps
Adjusting contraceptives for girls with chronic diseases and special populations.
Female patients are provided with the following services:
Gynecological ultrasound to assess the function and size of the uterus and ovaries.
Blood tests to provide valuable information about hormonal profiles, including a specific test called AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone), which measures ovarian reserve.
A medical psychologist who assists and supports the girl and her family when needed.
Specialist dietitian for girls.
Endocrine tests for evaluating hormonal axes.
The clinic staff works together with the Fertility Preservation Unit, the Multidisciplinary Center for Families with Fragile X, Beit Lin, and a cosmetic gynecology clinic that specializes in addressing birth defects of the uterus and pelvis.
