The major focus of our research program is translation of scientific discoveries to benefit childhood cancer patients.
Through innovative and groundbreaking research, our physician researchers collaborate with basic science investigators to improve therapeutic approaches and outcomes for hard-to-treat pediatric cancers.
We aspire to improve therapeutic approaches and outcomes for hard-to-treat pediatric tumors and accelerate translational cancer research by molecular research and clinical care convergence. All this is feasible due to the close proximity of the Department of Pediatric Hemato-Oncology clinics to the research lab.
Our dynamic research environment provides excellent training and research opportunities to physician scientists, PhD and MSc students.
