The Leviev Heart Center in the Sheba Medical Center, has brought an exciting "new tone" to Cardiology in the Middle East

Established in 2007 and the first of its kind in Israel, all diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive cardiology resources have been housed in one multidisciplinary complex. Former facilities have been totally redesigned, revamped and adapted to the new setting. 

The Leviev Heart Center at Sheba incorporates:

• Intensive Cardiac Care Unit -12 beds

• The Cardiology hospitalization unit - 30 beds (including 8 single rooms and 2 VIP rooms)

• 5 new catheterization labs (2 for Electrophysiology)

• Heart Failure Unit (includes 12 day care treatment stations and 8  hospitalization beds)

• Non invasive cardiology unit (Echocardiography)

• Cardiac Rehabilitation

• Nuclear Cardiology Unit

• Clinical Research Unit

• Outpatient Clinics which service all units in the Heart Center

• Cardiac Surgery Department which includes an intensive cardiac care unit.
