We set up our clinic with the goal of offering a complete support system for patients aged 18-35 who are either newly diagnosed with type 1 diabetes or transitioning from a children's clinic to an adult one and need additional help in managing their diabetes.
Managing diabetes can be quite a challenge during this busy stage of life, as juggling studies, career, and family often takes priority over treatment.
Exactly during this time, when future life patterns are taking shape and there's a big opportunity for therapeutic interventions to make a difference, it's crucial to have access to comprehensive and flexible medical support that adjusts to the needs of your life.

How does it work in practice?
When you first come to the clinic, you'll speak with a doctor, nurse, and clinical dietician. Then, we'll work together to create a tailored treatment plan just for you. At our clinic, we make use of all the treatment methods available in Israel's health basket, including all the latest technologies. We'll continue to follow up as needed and, if necessary, arrange for a social worker to assess and provide further support on behalf of the service.
