A-I RNA Editing in Health and Disease

Using novel and high through put techniques to investigate the role of A-I RNA editing in normal development and various pathological conditions.

  1. Analysis of global A-I RNA editing in different conditions using deep sequencing techniques

  2. Exploring the role of A-I RNA editing in specific genes and pathways

  3. Development of unique techniques to detect global A-I RNA editing levels.
