Department of Geriatric Internal Medicine D

Our department specializes in providing care for elderly individuals with acute and subacute illnesses such as infectious diseases, cardiovascular events, gait disorders, acute confusion, pressure ulcers, electrolyte disorders, malnutrition, and more. 

The treatment we offer is holistic and covers different aspects of the elderly person's life and their family: medical, nursing, social, and rehabilitation. 

Accordingly, our department comprises a multi-professional team that includes doctors, nurses, auxiliary staff, a social worker, physiotherapists, a speech therapist, and a dietician. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional medical and nursing care, while upholding the patient's dignity and rights with utmost professionalism.

There are a total of 18 double rooms available, with each room equipped with an ensuite toilet and shower facility.
