Department of Head Injury Rehabilitation

In our department, we admit patients with brain injuries from traumas and various diseases for further rehabilitation treatment in an inpatient setting. The goal of hospitalization is to help the patient achieve an optimal level of functioning and independence as quickly as possible, while taking responsibility for themselves in activities, based on their abilities, so that they can reintegrate into family life and the community smoothly.
 
The rehabilitation process is comprehensive and intricate, prioritizing the patient and their family. It encompasses physical, cognitive, mental, and social components delivered by a collaborative multi-professional team. Throughout the hospitalization period, we closely assess the goals of the treatment plan and adjust them based on the patient's progress until discharge.
