Our clinic employs a sophisticated simulator, which is one of its kind in Israel.
Who is the program for?
- Individuals with various disabilities impairing their ability to drive safely
- Individuals who need adaptations to drive independently
- Individuals suffering from driving anxiety
- Elderly individuals worried about their capacity to drive safely
Key services provided at the center include:
- Evaluation of driving skills by an occupational therapist, including clinical assessment of visual functions, motor skills, reaction time, cognitive skills, and visual perception.
- Evaluation of the need for driving adaptations.
- Assessment of driving ability using our advanced and unique driving simulator.
- Actual driving assessment in the instructor's car accompanied by an occupational therapist.
- Study and training to support individuals in returning to driving, including practice and training with adapted aids, and improving driving skills with new strategies due to a change in function.
