Our clinic offers psychological treatment services using the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) modality for various disorders, including panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based psychological therapy whose effectiveness has been scientifically proven in a wide variety of disorders. CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented treatment that's currently the preferred choice for a range of issues and often the first-line treatment for disorders like anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and more. The goal f the treatment is to help patients in achieving a positive shift in their emotional and functional state, by encouraging changes in their thinking patterns and behaviors.

At our clinic, we offer a treatment that focuses on addressing your specific concerns. Our goals are clearly defined to help you easily track your progress. As mentioned, the treatment is short-term and limited in time, and we offer both individual and group treatments.
