The Specialized General Surgery Department B focuses on providing comprehensive treatment for a wide range of surgical conditions. Within the department, there are dedicated sub-units that specialize in oncological surgery, breast surgery, endocrine surgery, liver, pancreatic and biliary tract surgery, as well as surgery of the stomach and upper digestive tract.
The Department of General Surgery B is a recognized leader in advanced laparoscopic surgery, performing over 1,000 laparoscopic procedures every year.

Gastric bypass surgery
Colon
Diaphragmatic hernias
Splenectomy
Adrenalectomy
Inguinal hernias
Ventral or abdominal hernias
Gallbladder and bile duct surgeries (Cholecystectomy)
The department’s dedicated team of professionals includes doctors and specialists in general surgery. Our medical team also comprises medical interns, experienced nurses with extensive clinical and academic training, as well as an experienced paramedical team. This team consists of physical therapists, a social worker, a dietician, and medical secretaries. To accommodate our non-Hebrew speaking patients, our dedicated staff members are proficient in multiple languages including Russian, English, Arabic, and French. This allows us to provide a seamless and convenient experience for everyone.
