In the gynecology oncology day hospitalization unit, patients in the hospital system can receive all their drug treatments within the unit, by familiar medical and nursing staff who are there to support them through every step of their journey.
At the day hospital, we provide intravenous medicinal treatments - chemical, biological, and immunotherapy. We also offer supportive therapies such as fluids, vitamins, and blood products. Our team performs procedures such as ascites and pleural fluid drainage to help alleviate symptoms.
As part of our commitment to put the patient and her needs at the center, we introduced an innovative program that provides drug treatment with continuous monitoring through a hybrid interface. This interface allows for regular monitoring of the treatment experience, side effects, and disease symptoms. Follow-up is done using a smart app, accompanied and advised by an expert coordinating nurse throughout the treatment.
