Our clinic specialises in the licensing and administration of medical cannabis, catering to patients who have been recommended cannabis treatment by their primary care physician (this does not include patients undergoing oncology treatment).

What documentation will you need to obtain an initial licence for undergoing treatment with us?

  • A recommendation from a medical cannabis specialist
  • Your medical history from your GP
  • A drug dispensing report from the last two years
  • A note from a psychiatrist confirming there is no contraindication to the use of medical cannabis.

To renew your license, you'll need:

  • A recommendation from a specialist for ongoing medical cannabis treatment
  • Your medical summary from your GP
  • A copy of your current license

If you don't submit these documents, your application won't be sent to the Ministry of Health.

How much does the treatment cost?

The annual licence fee is NIS 360 (as of May 2024).

Please also send a commitment form (Form 17) for a specialist examination at a rheumatology clinic (code: 99242) to mirp.canclinic@sheba.health.gov.il. A deposit can be left for up to 30 days until we receive Form 17.

The Medical Cannabis clinic is for oncology patients only.
