The Pacemaker Clinic provides monitoring for patients with pacemakers or defibrillators. Every patient wearing such a device requires regular follow-up to ensure it is working properly. During each visit to the clinic, the pacemaker is checked using a special device that can communicate with it.

The test is conducted by experienced technicians who check various parameters of the device such as battery life and the integrity of the electrodes. It is also possible to assess if the patient experienced arrhythmias, or in the case of defibrillators, whether they received treatment for rapid arrhythmias.

The pacemaker test data is entered into a computerized system, so that during each visit to the clinic, we can compare and see if there have been any changes in the parameters of the device or the electrodes.

If there are any findings during the test that require a doctor's reference or if the patient has any questions regarding the device or heart rhythm disorders, a specialist will be available to provide answers.

At the end of the visit, the patient receives a summary report of the device examination findings and, if necessary, the doctor's recommendation.

There's no need to worry about getting a pacemaker implant. Watch our training video to learn more!
