The rehabilitation pool, opened in 1998, proudly stands as Israel's largest therapeutic pool. Our dedicated team of multidisciplinary therapists offers around 3,000 hydrotherapy treatments each month. Our ultimate goal is to assist individuals with physical, sensory, mental, or cognitive disabilities in achieving their highest level of functioning and independence.

The facility has two pools with different structures that allow for different separations: between adult treatments and children's treatments, between women and men, and between stormy water treatment and still water treatment. The facility also serves as an information, training and research center for hydrotherapy students.

The pool staff includes a certified operator whose role is to maintain the quality of the water, a certified lifeguard whose role is to protect the safety of bathers and water therapists - physiotherapists, occupational therapists, hydrotherapists - who provide individual or group hydrotherapy treatment, depending on the patient's medical condition.

Adjustments

The entrances to the pool are adapted for people with special needs: 2 cranes, adapted stairs, ladders, a device on the side of the pool. The floor is rough up to the red line (1.20m) to prevent slipping and to prevent rubbing for those with sensitive skin or numbness.
