The Gastroenterology Institute at the Sheba Medical Center is the biggest in Israel, with around 40,000 visits and approximately 15,000 endoscopies annually. We perform all types of endoscopic procedures at the institute using the most advanced and state-of-the-art endoscopic equipment.
The Gastroenterology Institute was built with the primary goal of ensuring optimal functionality, while placing utmost importance on the privacy and comfort of our valued patients.
There is a clear separation between the endoscopic wing and the clinic wing. Each patient undergoing an endoscopic procedure has a personal unit for preparation and recovery, ensuring privacy throughout.
The Gastroenterology Institute is proudly affiliated with the School of Medicine of Tel Aviv University, and our doctors actively engage in teaching students and training doctors from Israel and around the world.
