The Merav Center is a multi-professional institute that provides diagnosis and follow-up of breast diseases for all ages, while emphasizing preventive medicine and early detection of breast cancer. The center is a unique place that offers women a wide range of services, all in one convenient location - from diagnosis to imaging tests and biopsies, to obtaining a pathological answer, and receiving medical advice and follow-up. The service is extremely accessible, offered through personal meetings, phone chats, and emails, both routinely and for urgent cases.
The centre is at the forefront of imaging, excelling in cutting-edge equipment and expertise. Our staff, consisting of surgeons, radiologists, gynecologists, plastic surgeons, geneticists, nurses, and x-ray technicians, possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the field of breast health. The team helps with decision-making and coordination among the different therapists in the centre and the hospital. Every week, we hold a discussion about clinical questions and therapeutic decisions relating to patients at the centre.

- Breast surgery: Our expert surgeons specialize in the treatment and follow-up of benign and malignant tumors, inflammations, and other breast diseases.
- Imaging tests: mammography (with and without contrast material), 3D mammography (tomosynthesis), ultrasound, 3D ultrasound (ABVS), and MRI.
- Breast biopsies and removal of lumps guided by imaging techniques like mammography, ultrasound, and MRI scans.
- Follow-up clinic for high-risk women with the BRCA gene.
- Breast plastic surgery clinic.
- A fertility preservation clinic that offers solutions for women prior to undergoing oncology treatments and breast surgeries.

The Merav Center is dedicated to the memory of Merav Shamir-Feldshaw (1974-2002). She was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 27, shortly after the birth of her second child. Merav showed incredible bravery in facing the disease, and her family played a vital role in establishing this center in her honor. It aims to provide women with support and treatment in the field of breast health.
