The Skin Lymphoma clinic (cutaneous lymphoma) is a tertiary center for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cutaneous lymphoma, a subgroup of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas.
The majority of patients are diagnosed with mycosis fungoides, the most common type of cutaneous lymphoma. However, our clinic also provides treatment for other types of cutaneous lymphomas, including B-cell lymphoma, CD30+ lymphoma, NK/T-lymphoma, panniculitis-like lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphomas, and others.
How is diagnosis conducted?
The diagnostic process involves a thorough examination of the patient and a skin biopsy. Our dermatopathological service offers advanced histological and molecular tests. If needed, we may refer the patient for additional tests, like blood serum cell analysis, T-cell receptor PCR, PET-CT scans, and more.
