Our clinic is dedicated to providing specialized care and follow-up for patients who have received kidney transplants. We closely monitor transplant function, coordinate immunosuppressive therapy, and conduct regular blood and urine tests.

Additionally, the clinic conducts diagnosis and treatment of complications that may arise after transplantation, such as acute or chronic rejection, infections, and complications related to drug therapy.

The medical team consists of doctors specializing in kidney transplantation, transplant coordinators, dietitians, and psychologists.

Our clinic provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for post-transplant complications, encompassing acute or chronic rejection, infections, and drug therapy-related issues. Our committed medical team includes specialists in kidney transplantation, transplant coordinators, dietitians, and psychologists, all dedicated to ensuring your wellbeing.

How do we provide post-operative care to kidney transplant recipients?

Follow-up sessions are done under the supervision of a nephrologist and occur once a week for the first two months. After six months, the frequency shifts to once every three months. During each visit, we'll check your blood pressure, weight, and run blood and urine tests. If needed, we may also conduct an ultrasound examination. It's crucial to attend follow-up appointments as scheduled and be open to the possibility of hospitalization if test results raise concerns.

Important: Be sure to take the medication exactly as written on the medication card. After leaving the hospital, it is advisable to consult your attending physician for approval to receive a continuous supply of medication for chronic conditions. Please remember to bring your medications on the scheduled day for follow-up tests.

Please abstain from taking Prograf, Certican, or Cyclosporine on the morning of the follow-up test. This is to ensure precise measurement of the medication level during fasting. Kindly bring the morning dose of medication to take immediately after the blood test.

Ensure you always have your medication card on hand as it enables doctors to monitor and adjust your medication dosages as required.
