Pediatric Retinal Clinic

Retinal diseases like Coats, FEVR, and retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), along with penetrating trauma (a common cause of visual impairment in kids), can result in permanent vision loss if left untreated. These conditions are different from inherited retinal diseases in adults. To effectively treat them, at Sheba, we've set up a clinic specifically for children's retinal issues. The treatments we offer include laser therapy, injections, vitrectomy, and surgery.
